No accounts, guest checkout only

You never create an account or a password to order from us. Every order is placed as a guest, and we only ask for what we need to fulfill and confirm it.

What we collect

When you place an order or message us, we collect: your first and last name; phone number; your Facebook name, if you choose to give it, so we can message you there; your delivery address, if you choose delivery; any notes you add to your order; and a screenshot/photo of your payment (GCash or bank transfer receipt), if that's how you pay.

If you leave a product review, we also collect your name, star rating, and comment.

How we use it

We use this information only to prepare and fulfill your order, contact you about its status (by phone or Facebook Messenger), confirm your payment, and arrange pickup or delivery. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside of running our business.

Payment

We don't use a card payment processor. Payment is made directly to us by GCash, bank transfer, or cash, and confirmed manually — we don't collect or store card numbers.

Your cart

Your basket is saved in your browser for 15 minutes from the first item, then clears automatically. Adding items does not reserve stock.

Where it's stored

Your order information is stored in our database (Supabase), accessible only to QTG staff. We use Vercel Analytics to understand visits to our public storefront.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics starts automatically and uses analytics cookies to measure visits and interactions on our public home, shop and product pages, including product views, basket additions/removals, checkout progress, scrolling and contact clicks. Google receives browser/device information and analytics identifiers. We send broad page categories and do not send order details, customer contact information or form contents. Checkout measurement records fixed step names, product quantities and whether an order was submitted. Submitted orders are not treated as paid sales. Order tracking and the staff system are excluded. Advertising features are disabled.

There is no cookie popup or on-site analytics preference control. Necessary browser storage keeps your basket working. Google Analytics and the separate Vercel storefront analytics described above help us understand visits. No advertising trackers are configured.
